Welding on unclean metal. Millscale will jump onto your tungsten like flies on shit. Bright shiny clean metal or you WILL have problems. Millscale is tough and some people think they have it ground off but all they really do is kinda gring it down an polish it and hit the pedal and it jumps onto the tungsten.
