Well ill be honest with y'all,I like building things that make people smile and think this guy is nuts. Building mud mowers is one of my other hobbies and does just that. Also it puts my welding skills to good use :D . I have several that I have built over the years and the time has come to put Lincoln lockers on them. A Lincoln locker ,because it was commonly done with a ole Buzz Box ,is what they called a welded differential way before my time. Anyone locked a differential lately, if so lets see some pictures . ( If y'all want pictures of my mowers ill be glad to post them )

I'll have to admit, it is quite hilarious to see what has been done... and apparently (from the guy using it) it has held up to the torsion on the hardened gears.

I did one in 2011 with flux core on a Clarke 160en. I actually used 5/16's or 3/8's plate and preheated like hell.
Its pretty ugly and a waste of wire too, Lol
