General welding questions that dont fit in TIG, MIG, Stick, or Certification etc.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself to the forum! I am a welder in high school and my prefered processes are stick and tig! :)

Welcome, Duskypiano,

30 years in, my preferred processes are TIG and SMAW (stick).

Sadly my current job (which I really like) does not involve stick welding. All my critical welds are TIG, everything else is .035 MIG.

Hey buddy...Welcome to forum. Just to let ya know this forum is just as an important tool as a grinder or vise grips man. This is my go to for any info on welding. Glad your here man
