Has anyone else had trouble getting responses from Lotos? I tried three times to contact them with a question about my new Lotos BLCT520D. They acknowledged receipt of the email, but I have never heard back from them.

Hey, i googled them, as we dont have them in Aus. Anyway, i found their actual web site. One or two steps from the plasma sale site, and there is a number of the parent company right down the bottom, maybe you can knock some skulls down there. If you cant find it ill retrace my steps for you.
