Good day.
New user...been watching welding tips and tricks long time on youtube.
Maybe more experienced welder can give some guidance here.
Part of what I do is build aluminium fence some with cnc cut designs.
I have a small home shop. I am self taught just about everything from computers, woodworking, welding, car painting etc. (and I understand that there is always a way to do something better and more efficient)
and always like learning new stuff.
I tig the frames and since I got the Htp propulse I use this to weld the alum designs into the frame since its faster.
I have a problem with my technique since I get warpage especially on larger items.
I have attached a drawing on my current sequence.
The red dots are the first tacks, the blue dots are the second tacks, the green are the first welds and the yellow are the next welds and after these I weld the rest. I
What is a better way and direction to do this to minimize warping?
Thank you!
