Wrangling RED magnets

I have a dozen assorted magnets, mostly the large ones for fitting up welding projects but of course they ALL stick to metal when you least want or need them to.
I was wondering what do you do to store these so they don't drive you crazy.

Mine go on adjacent stair stringer or on side of tool storage. Sometimes inside a plastic bag after compressed air clean to keep grinding dust off em.

Mine are usually randomly hanging on to either my welding cart or my cooler. I don't use them that often, but have probably 8 or so floating around those metal surfaces at all times.

I usually stick them to metal, that way they don't follow me around.

I just screwed a strip of 3in flat to the 2x4 face of a horizontal shelf frame about 5ft high and stick them on.

These are all great ideas.
Do you guys feel these magnets lose their ummph after while, other than the couple shitty ones I got from HF?

Have you possibly been welding with the magnet still holding the parts, beyond tacking them in place?
Most magnets really don't do well if they are heated above the curie point of the metal they're made of.
Here's an article about this effect:

That said, HF products are built to a price point, and some cut corners closer than they should be.
