can anyone help me setup dual schedule on an old Miller 75 series wire feeder?
I have followed owner manual directions and still not able to toggle back and forth with trigger. Any feed back would be helpful.
General welding questions that dont fit in TIG, MIG, Stick, or Certification etc.

I will try to help if I can.
You have to program settings into the machine and save them via the Program button prior to activating which Trigger Control mode.
The DS (dual schedule), TH (trigger hold), 4T, TDS (trigger dual schedule) and TPS (trigger program schedule) all operate independently more or less. You have to turn all of these off, since some of these modes will disallow the function of other programs that you might have in your selected schedule.
Press the Feeder Set Up button a second time to go to Trigger Control mode and allow top display to become active. Use the Adjust control to cycle through trigger control methods.
TH will automatically turn on if 4T is turned on. Throw TH and 4T out and turn them off unless you like to weld with timed welding.
After you activate either DS, TDS or TPS this will determine the behavior of the trigger for selecting which schedules you have programmed.
DS mode appears to allow you to choose between two schedules but not through the trigger.
TDS mode appears to allow you to choose between two schedules through the trigger.
TPS mode appears to allow you to cycle through all 8 preselected programs through the trigger.
Let me know if you figured it out from that.
