Hi all,
So I'd like to replace my 3 meter earth cable with one that's 8 meters (to suit my torch and foot pedal).
I have a 210amp machine and need help choosing what I'll need.
I don't know what size I currently have all I know is the cable is 10mm thick.
Do I need to go thicker the longer I go or how does it work?

That page was just too perfect at telling me everything I needed to know.
AWG 2 or 35mm2 WORK cable it is!
Thank you very much!

I have melted earth cable port at welder once, it was not attached tightly or unscrewed itself. Welded at ~250 amps, I guess sparks there heated up connection quite quickly, as it happened early in the morning.
Make sure your connections are Tight!
