I am in the middle of a large stainless steel project. Here are the parameters:
16 gauge 304
all fillet welds using pulse mode on a Fronius machine
Running fairly hot 22.8v using .035 308 wire
Here's the problem, I seem to going through a lot of tips.
Any suggestions??
General welding questions that dont fit in TIG, MIG, Stick, or Certification etc.

This may be as simple as a "stick-out" issue. Does your WPS specify a range of "stick-out"? If so, is your tip flush with your shield, proud of it, or recessed? All these things have an effect in judging stick-out.

The only job I ever used. 9mm solid wire ss was a complete shamozzle, constant bird nests and welded tips shut. And a arrogant supervisor who only off of help was "must be the operator "....

Thanks for the welcome. The stick out suggestion was a big help. Also, information to anyone who may have the same issue, I adjusted the factory setting on the burnback, turned it down to almost no burnback and ran almost a 10 hour shift with 1 tip. Hope that helps anyone in the future!!

Good to know, things like spool tension and liner condition will also have an effect like burn back

Good catch on the burnback!
We've only one machine at work with adjustable burnback, but I've never had to adjust it, so I forgot that option was even available.
Thanks for the reminder, and I'm glad you got it to go well.
