After basic instruction or welding course and working the first welding job(or the first few) what improvements allowed you to receive a better wage?
General welding questions that dont fit in TIG, MIG, Stick, or Certification etc.
as with any job, just keep getting better and keep adding skills. even if its non-welding skills like customer support, office work.
the number one thing that will stop you from getting better jobs is not learning new things.
when someone doesn't want to learn, doesn't want to take training courses, he soon gets past over for promotions and pay rises.
