You have been here less than a week, and you are trying to lure members over to some chat room that you just started. Just a heads up, that is considered rude by a lot of forums.
Why in the world would I even consider going to your site? Not trying to slam you, just putting a bit of reality on the subject. This site has a good group of members, and a lot of knowledge. It seems to be well managed, and the rules are enforced at a level that strikes me as fair. There are some real experts on this site. Stick around, there is a lot to learn about welding here.

Can't be any good if you have to pilfer members from other forums.
