For anyone who is interested in reading the AWS D1.1 code book as a reference, here is a link to a outdated copy. I put this up because many want to know what the code says about a particular question but few actually have a copy. Please keep in mind this is for reference only. I only had bits and pieces before. I've stored that one, and will have a full read when I'm not drinking beer.
