need help for bearing cage pin welding

Friends Am trying to get certify for bearing welding but specification cracks comming.Am new for this welding.... parameters using Miller syncrowave Amps 230 to 250amps Post flow time 9 sec Plate is low carbon for testing 10mm thick It is not straight LINE welding.that plate has 3 holes 0.22 inches....

I am beginner to tig welding.machine for WELDING Miller syncrowave 350lx.
for certification solidification cracks always came for me.our job is nearing welding.please guide me
