Neat trick on the breaker bar.

Protip: if you don't have time or inclination to fab this, use a 1/2" breaker bar, a pipe for leverage against the ground, and after determining which way it needs to spin, set it in place and crank the car.

Engines make GREAT breaker bars. :)

Why not build a jig, that will become part of the final results? IE: Truss your housing. Small tacks while you're getting everything in place, then once everything is done, burn it all in a couple inches at a time. TMI Beadlock rings to steel wheels

No, I'm not saying it's Too Much Information, or commenting on my welding... It's the Total Metal Innovation beadlocks. I'm wanting to weld them to old steel wheels I have. The locks are 3/16" plate, and the wheels are typical steel wheels- maybe the same gauge? Obviously surface prep is import...
