Im looking to be an apprentice unpaid or paid just for the simple fact i love to weld and are looking to make a career out of it when i finish high school im taking welding classes now and are doing pretty well but am looking for further assistance other then a instructer that just tells the student...

New to tig and cant start a good bead

I just started tig today in welding school and it is going awful i cant even form a puddle im almost positive my machine is set up right and im just not sure what im doing wrong it will make the loud buzzing pulsating noise and then the arc will just go away im not sure whats going on any help is ap...

I tried using a diffrent angle and no weave and they really improved Image

Problems with undercut in horizontal position

I have been having a problem with undercut while in horizontal position the bead looks good its just a touch of undercut is present i am using a 7018 rod at about a 45 drag angle and insted of a weave using a counterclockwise circlular motion and im still having undercut im not sure why. Any thought...

This is one i finished about a hr ago 4 beads flat 4 horizontal 4 vertical then 4 oberhead and repeat the process untill the pad is finished Image
