Built a beer table last week. Client doesn't drink coffee, just beer.

I have a kid needing a patch job done on a dirt bike frame. Its an aluminum frame and my main question is do I need him to strip the bike down clear to the frame so I don't destroy any electrical parts on his bike? Or would just unplugging cdi box and what nots be fine?

Ground is plugged into + and the torch is in the - slot.
Machine is on AC.
I'll give the 200hz a try tomorrow. For now, any other recommendations?
