when I bought my two torches I got the 250 water cooled and the 130 gas cooled

that way I have both torches and both heads , gives me 130 , 150 gas cooled and 230 , 250 water cooled

it's been more then 30 years since the last time i made a custom cable i used to fray up the end and kind of smash it back down to look like a ball or mushroom then i would use silver solder to create a ball at the frayed end with all the frayed wires going in random directions it would make it impo...

i'm guessing your showing the bottom of the sink i'd tap the seam back and tack then weld it up from the inside nope that is topside around the bowl! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk if you can get behind the seam i would use a chill block then from the front tack it up nice along the entire seam...

looks like your having problems with the fillet welds in aluminum , I'm assuming 1/8 material thickness thing that have worked for me : number 5 cup 3/32 tungsten with 12 CFH , too much gas will steal heat from the puddle and if your at too much of an angle it will suck air into the weld tungsten gr...

first you need to know the duty cycle for your machine

duty cycle , on most machines , is how long you can weld in a 10 minute period

so if you have 50% duty cycle at 150 amps you can run 5 minutes ON 5 minutes OFF
