Well gentleman at school we only have 1/8" diameter arc rods classification number 6010, 6011, 6013 and 7018. Now these rods are all 1/8" diameter.

Well I understand Olivero. Just doing a double sided V groove 8 grooves in total. 1/4 or 3/8 plate between and it takes all my strength to hold it at waist or chest height.

I have a old Jackson passive lens in it and I am about ready to put a auto darkening piece of glass in it. Do I need the rest of the system or will auto darkening glass shade 10 for when MIG and TIG and 12 for ARC? I mean the main question I am asking is will it work without the electronic unit? I h...

There are plastic welding machines that are equall to MIG welders in size. They use compressed air or a tank of nitrogen. If you own one get a proper training video. It is for automotive collision work or autobody.

I initially used 120 only on the 1st bead. All the rest were at 150 and people on Facebook are making me question if it is stainless, and is actually carbon steel. Which does it look like to you?

Thank you so so much as my GMAW welding post titled what is my malfunction was just put downs. I felt and I just want to succeed I am willing to die trying as I know GTAW alone is not always the process to use.
