Just the other end,making the changes didn't do a lot,gas is at 10 Im\20cfh is at 70 amps,is that ok.

Thanks for the comments,Len-good tip with the milk,not a huge fan of milk tho but will take the advise. I had a think about it and reckon if I run the sheet a bit closer to the edge it'll bead up better. Also I have done some oxy black wire and bronzing with beads some 30 odd years ago which helps h...

Thanks for the reply's,I do agree with the quality and allow for the future ventures,do it right do it once.As for Dynasty's I don't think we have a whole lot of access to millers/lincon's etc,support is an issue also was told here in oz.Plenty of euro tho.

Opinions please

Just learning to tig and have tried about a dozen or so welds on some flat & one on abit of 3/4 medium black pipe,welds are on 1/8th flat using 2.4mm electrode with er70s-2 1.16th filler except no#7 is er70s-4 which l liked better all weld at 120 amps,just after some thoughts on what L have done...
