I got sumten on that AC that wonders me is that I will pick up and start welding on a aluminum job and my tig rod starts heating up in my other hand!??? And if I have a hole In da glove "WOWA" !

I think you should go w/ a 125 or the 200. I' m understanding that you have bought a tig so for it to work you need a bottle? I'm a dealer for AirGas ..Just remember to look on " your" bottle on the tag in the lower right-hand corner an trade only with the same gas company.They have a list...

If you've got the room you might as well go with a 4x8x 1/2" table cause if you have to buy it ,your almost for sure paying for the whole sheet.especially if they have to cut it for ya.(sheer). Now bout your caster idea ,do you really need to push your table to your work? You might ,so the cast...

Really,, water cooled? Now mnd ya we are a repair shop that works on a pontoon fin with a 10 min. Weld at most ,but 1 hr set up ,today we fab up a bee hive carrier out of alum. The only thing that my inspector kept telling me ,when I got my certs is to keep my continuity book in check ! No more than six months apart. Then your certs are forever! Have the Wp17with dynasty broken @ the high heat silicon ( for months!) that connects to the white ring on frontside. Was worried about Argon loss. Yep it welded fine with mig six,wire feed wire .035 .sorry for the elaborate discussion. And yes it is a little track machine. Just was puzzled when I tried to do it with the first procedure,an it broke!---.. Just shut up and Glue it! Lol! Thanks for the couple Comments guys.

Well A dingo is a small track hoe used in small areas like backyards or close to property lines. But yeah we went ahead melted it with good ol mig 6. And sent him back out to work. Cast steel?
We have a broke Dingo quick attachment that's cast steel we believe, welded with cast steel rod UTP super TI but still cracked out after two months .preheated and followed reg procedures. Any ideas thanks!

Shop does all types of welding like handrails to Pontoon boat repairs. Like yesterday we did it Boatdock and then went to a handrail job. We like NASCAR, an Budweiser. Late yesterday me an my boy ran through the hills for morel mushrooms to go with our crappie. That's what kind of shop we are . :) M...

Mikita. GA 7911 is the only grinder to get. Have used em since the 80's Just put a longer cord on it.

Been doing this work with my ol man since '89. We have a shop in town here, just me ,my brother and him! Nowadays just me an my bro, dads found a rich ol "uncle" to pay him back for a little war he was in. Good to read some posts I can relate to!
