You should be able to sand it out, just keep an eye for cracks on the edges of the weld. This happened because you were probably running a little too hot for the material thickness. Welcome to the forum!!! If I had more present experience with TIG I would help out but, like you, I haven't messed with TIG in a while (not 30+ years, probably a tenth of that but still I'm a bit foggy on it.
