before you try welding anything clean your piece of and light up on it
move the torch around and see if there is any cleaning action going on.
this will at least tell you that your balance and gas are in the ballpark.

nice build!
i like all the welders on one cart as well.
what i did was put the chiller on draw tracks
so i could slide it out to fill and service it.
issue with mine is rear wheels are not sufficient
to caring all the tank weight and get flat spots if
i don't move it occasionally....

manioc clutch tool
needed a clutch tool to split the cases on a new project. welded two old clutch cultch plates together using 45 amps 1.5 pulse 33 onetime 33 background. no visible warpage (at least to my 70yr old eyes,,,,lol) it also kept the edge in tact way better then the first short weld i did without pulse. i ...

have only used it that one time so far. weather hasn't been nice enough
to try cooking on it. cooking grate has 3 height adjustments and i'm
going to add a expanded grate for charcoal soon.
