Ok so i know how a foot pedal is supposed to work but how exactly do you start the arc at your wanted amperage? and then when you get the arc going how would you stop the arc?

Cast is a beast. The only way to conquer some of them is to treat them like solder joints. By that I mean "tinning" the area with weldable aluminum by way of filler a little at a time. First pass may look like ass, but then you grind the dirt away leaving at least 'some' clean metal. It m...

Thanks TamJeff I will try that today in my welding class but when you reverse your torch angle does that mean you switch hands? and since I don't have a foot pedal just the torch that came with the diversion 165 ill try to use the finger adjustment
