well if im reading this half shredded tag correctly it may not be rated for anything above 2000 psi. seemed simple enough to get a new one and it worked out well. now I just have to teach myself to tig weld

went and got a victor flow meter, and off to the races. having no idea what im doing. 2% 3/32 lanthanated and #7 cup. well the machine will take me forever to figure out. balls up the tip with very much e-p balance. so I ran many horrid beads on 1/8 aluminum. changed to a #5 cup and things improved....

so I just went down to airgas and got a victor flowmeter on sale, lucky me and off I went. the one from everlast is going back. it was supposed to be a deluxe one in cfh but she no workee.

Cool I will just get a cheap bench grinder then thanks. when I have been grinding previously, I've just used cut off wheels. Thanks for the advice!

Say I need to grind my tungsten without a bench grinder. on an angle grinder preferably. will be welding aluminum. will average wheels contaminate my tungsten. what would anyone suggest for an angle grinder wheel or even a bench grinder wheel.

ok, so where is the most reputable place to buy an everlast or htp machine? is the htp worth twice the money as everlast machine. what im asking here is, there must be a quality difference. I think htp uses better parts, maybe a longer lasting machine. so far lots of people seem to like the everlast...

would you improve on the components like torch or pedal? anything you don't like? does it make much difference welding aluminum at 200 hz versus say the thermal arc seems to only go up to 150hz?
