Stainless air vent for custom skylight on the Timex HQ.

I would tig it alot cleaner plus if you going to Mig weld it you would need tri gas which is kinda expensive

How do you choose a cup size, does it depend on the amperage, type of weld, size of the tungsten?????

I've always used pure on aluminum nothing else seems to work right. I've got a Lincoln squarewave at work and I can't weld aluminum with a sharpened tungsten. It always balls up is there anyway to weld ac with a sharpened tungsten? Do I need a different type of tungsten because I do have thoriated, ...

Get the Miller welding app its great I use it allot, very easy to look up settings.
