I made this metal flower out of 18g steel, bicycle spokes and the legs off a political sign. The base was a couple of cast flowers from the bargain bin at the metal store. I blasted the flower and clear coated it. The stem and the base I patinaed with heat and linseed oil. It turned out pretty good ...
