You are aware that the gas from welding galvanised will kill you! I'd buy some mild steel tube at my local hardware store.

I tig using a rod MG200 on dc. you have to light up on the rod that's being held to the break and melt the rod onto the part. Never let the arc touch the base metal always keeping the arc on the rod to lay down a covering on the base metal then add rod to build up the area. You need to " v &quo...

You have bought one of the thest TIG welders made in my opinion. I have just bought a pulser model from my origional non-pulser Dynasty 200. I am loving the use of a pulser and it has speeded up my work also. If your going water cooled get a Coolmate 1 from Miller they are quieter than a larger cool...
