Re: This week video?

Very strange then. I just re-subscribed to the videos. I wonder if it was a forum participation thing or something else?

Maybe Jody is secretly bumping accounts, time for me to order a Tig Finger I guess.

(I have no tig machine yet though).

Re: This week video?

I feel the same way. Get used to a good thing, then it stops and leaves ya not knowing what to do. The last email / video I have received is from April 9th: titled - 115 Volt Mig Repair using Paintball Co2

Hope they come again soon, I know it's a bunch of work moving shops.

Re: Diagnose TIG weld, frontal impact to car

no expert here either. But it does look as though there was too much downward force on the pedal toward the center line of the car and not enough force on the pedal next to it. was the tubing cold when it was welded and did it cool to rapidly? Don I appreciate everyone's reply here with the excepti...

Diagnose TIG weld, frontal impact to car

Guys, This picture is from a friends racecar that impacted the wall. This particular tube was a support tube essentially the equal of a core support for the radiator area. Just wanted to post a picture in hopes to have the weld diagnosed or looked at. To me, I'm not certain the weld should have brok...

Re: Diversion 180 conversion

Ken, Thanks for the links, I had no idea. :o I recently went with a good friend of mine who Tig welds quite a bit to another friend of his who has many years of experience for some lessons. While over there he did have a Diversion 165 which he has also outfitted with a foot pedal. The old' timers ma...

Re: Diversion 180 conversion

I've been trying to save money for some fabrication equipment to use out of my garage, up until I first joined and started watching the video's Jody releases I never knew the torch was hardwired in on this unit. This was the very unit I was going to be purchasing too. Bad call on Millers part for su...
