I had to Google the 10A thing. Didnt know 10 amp outlets were a thing. It's basically the same as a 20 amp 120V outlet in the US.... Anyway, get a multimeter. Start at the welder and work your way back. Follow the electricity. We can be pretty sure it isn't the welder, since you said tall tried othe...

I'm not a "pro" or whatever, but I did just finish welding a lot of cast about 45 minutes ago and its fresh on my mind. Like stated above, you need a good preheat. Depending on how much heat you can get into the part, I'd say it should be at least too hot to touch and after you finish weld...
