I use Shotcut for my YT videos. It took watching a few tutorials to get the hang of it.

I’ve edited probably a half dozen videos for my channel with it. Given that it’s free, it’s my go to software.

Welcome Apu! I'm an animal guy myself. Between the family we have two dogs, three betta fish, three birds, and a rabbit.

I've used Johnson's paste wax, car wax (not as nice a finish in my opinion), also have blackened and then waxed or clear coated. I've also colored with heat to bring out color and then clear coated. As always, pre-clean with acetone before waxing or clear coating.
