Tig tourch????????

Currently I have a 250 amp tig mechine (Everlast 256si) I have a ck-26 air cooled tourch rated to 200 amps and the tourch that came with the unit (Nova wp-18) ratied for 250 amps water cooled but it is larger in size then the ck26. Looking for a new water cooled tourch wondering what some good recom...

Cj737 usually once I get the welder out it just sits in one spot so not much rolling around but once it is swept up it rolls good. As far as rolling around it don't do to bad the rear wheels are 4" diameter with about .125 clearance to closest material the front wheels are 1.25" diameter a...

Here is some more pic after burning threw 1lb of 3/32 4340 rod lol getting to be a expensive hobbies but I love it.

When I turned up the heat it seems like I cant move fast enough the puddle just sinks into the part and cant add enough rod to get it back on top the part

So here are the results think I wasn't running enought amps. The following tests were .125 material at 116 amps and 110 hz

First of all thanks for the reply! The material thickness is around .25" and I am running at 180 amps. Just had some scrap aluminum laying around looking to get some better material tomorrow I will get some better pictures of the settings as well thanks again.
