Unfortuneately even full pen vee butt welds havnt cut it for me

severely metal fatigued schedule 160 2- 1/2 inch pipe. Being on a EAF it is constantly heating and cooling " relatively speaking" so this is why we believe it eventually starts cracking. From new to the first time cracks appear is about 12-16 months of service life. (Ofcourse they are tryi...

You can definately do it but bring alot of patience and contact tips with you. Keep the gun and liner as straight as you can, back the tension off on the drive rolls, try use a larger dia wire like 1.2 or 1.6 and get the aluminium tips- 1.2A (alot of them) I am unfortunate enough to have to use this...
