What's causing my tig welds to start off good then starts to have holes in them, Squarewave 200, 125 amps, 20 cfh welding 1/4 in steel plate lap joint

I just picked up a thermal arc plasma cutter, the only problem is it's 3 phase, is there a way I can use this machine on single phase power, I have read about converters that can do this but not sure which one I need. Any help????.....

Borrowed a foot pedal and run the gas thru the machine, that's all it needed, works great now, now searching for a foot pedal...............

Thanks for all of the replies, I guess it might be better if I use the machine the way it was intended to be used and buy a foot pedal and some hose to run the gas thru the machine, but I will try the Stick/tig method that was mentioned. Just hope the circuit board is not the problem, Got this thing...
