No landing at all and my gap 1/8 I'm more comfortable with 1/8 gap and 1/8 rod unless I'm wrong ?

Tig test 6g 45 degrees carbon steel 309 rod
I been practicing my tig and the key holes gets to big too fast is it because of the amp on the welder need to be turn down help thanks.
