Finished up a turbo manifold this weekend for a land speed Harley. It's my first time doing a turbo manifold, pretty happy with how it came out.

If you liked your old 9000 series you will love the 9002 NC. It has the TrueView technology and the shell is exactly the same as the old 9000 with newer headgear. You'd be hard pressed to find a better helmet at the $200 price point.

I only see one picture. If you are talking about the dimple at the end of the weld, that is from tapering off with the foot pedal to quickly. When you get to the end give the puddle an extra dip and let off the foot pedal a little slower while giving the torch a small stirring motion. That should he...

In my experience there is no need to chill the coolant in a tig cooler. A decent size reservoir and heat exchanger should be more than ample to keep the coolant within operating temperature.

In my experience off brand gas lenses are very hit or miss, more miss than anything. Try a new gas lens from CK or Jody. For $18 at least you got a couple of back caps and other consumables.
