New rolls or used ones from the hotbox. 75%/25% ar/co2....bead/hotpass with tig, fill/cap with Flux core using this wire. No matter how I set the machine or technique used it just doesn't lay down slick. Very lumpy in the middle of the bead and tends to undercut on the sides. Machine is a miller 444...

Anybody at all? The wire is made by kobelco and their name for it is DW-A55ESR.

Anyone have experience welding with this wire? I'm having trouble getting it to come out good when capping pipe. Any machine settings or techniques?
