Hi frequency pulsing can stiffen the arc. They said that, but still have no chance to prove it since my welder only has low freq pulse (0,25-10Hz). Really wanna have a inverter machine that could pulsing hi frequency.

About Gas Saver
How a gas saver save the gas we used? By decreasing the flow rate? I mean, when we used Gas Saver we may decreased the flow rate to 40% compared to non gas saver? Or?..

Can pure Argon used to migging stainless steel?? This is because in my living place we cant find trimix. Or what gas is used to replace trimix??? They only have Argon, CO2 and He here. No mix gas.

i'm a beginer in tig welding at "trial n error" level.
In your case, maybe the amp you set was too high.
i usually use 3/32 at only 175/180 amps. Wanna higer
Amps than that you should use 1/8 Tungs.
Hope this usefull..
