Re: Miller dynasty 210 dx cps circuit rating?

I think this must be a 10 amp circuit based on the reset button on the back of the welder. Just to be safe, I switched to a 1/4 hp motor with a lower amp draw. Daniel

Miller dynasty 210 dx cps circuit rating?

Hi guys:

Just about to put together a cooler for my dynasty 210 dx. I noticed the 1/3 hp marathon motor that came with my procon pump/carbonator is rated to draw 7 amps. Is this too much for the cps 110v circuit on the dynasty? Any concerns here?

Thanks for any help,

Daniel

Re: Advice for welding small stainless steel objects

Thanks, guys! Great suggestions. Gives me a direction to head. All of these projects are table-top size - nothing approaching structural yet!

Advice for welding small stainless steel objects

Hi guys - totally new here. My only experience is with mig welding. In the past, I have made some small hollow body sculptures (fish!) with 18 ga steel and mig welding. Limited to carbon steel, fight burn through and have lots of excess weld to remove. I would like to progress to tig to handle thin ...
